Bell plumbing came out to to inspect an issue with my toilet, provided me a quote and when asked to proceed with the job, I was met with silence. I had to follow up several times for an update and in fact, I'm still waiting for that update over a week later. After contacting another plumber to complete the job, it appears that I was under quoted. So instead of getting back to me to have a conversation about the quote, I was just ignored. Absolute waste of my time, would not recommend.
