Never was a patient here bc I was abruptly told that a prescription from a PCP was required per NYS law. First and foremost, Per NYS LAW you are allowed to see a PT for 10 visits without a prescription. NYS law aside my insurance carrier does not required prescription from a PCP. I guess they aren’t that skilled or knowledgeable when it comes to PT billing practices despite having this job for “30 years”. PT here is great! Tom and his team are very personable and offers great PT exercises/routines for a steady and strong recovery. I needed PT for an old injury and he guided me through the much needed exercises to get me moving and more flexible post surgery. I am always impressed by his memory - he knows everyone's name. Very clean and airy space. Easy scheduling process.
Tom is an outstanding PT. He is extremely knowledgeable and caters the therapy routine to your individual needs. He is attentive, compassionate, and always makes therapy a beneficial and enjoyable experience. I had ACL reconstruction surgery but I did prehab and am currently going through rehab with him. His work with me has really improved my quality of life. He also did work with my wife on her ankle a few years ago and she would say the same. Tom's been my go to PT since 2017. No matter what injury I obtain or operation I go through Tom always manages to get my body functioning back to normal very quickly. He is knowledgeable, continues to learn his trade, and has a great bedside manner.
