The photos we've received from Bell for our child's athletic pictures have been pretty bad the last 3 times. The shots are either fuzzy, grainy, or have poor lighting. We've received photos at a park with a mountain background but instead there are houses in the background. Why would you take the shot with the houses in the background and not the mountains?
