I am following up on a previous review of Bell Partners as my original review has become outdated given management changes, etc. I want you all to know that the current management group is exemplary and to date the best I have witnessed and enjoyed. Tom, Elaine and Nic have vastly improved this property on site management. It is a pleasure to interact with each of them as they are professional, courteous and adept at their respective roles here. They have earned my trust and appreciation. Thank you.

If you want to have to deal with people who are incapable of scheduling a single phone call, rent at a Bell property. Lived in a Bell property for almost a year and a half and a month later Im still trying to handle an outstanding issue that was caused by gross incompetence and extreme delays in communication (e.g., never receiving responses to time sensitive emails when my move out date was approaching).
