This review is about my lived experience with Bell Partners through its management of Farm Haus Apartments in Longmont, Colorado. I moved into Farm Haus expecting a stable, managed home. Instead, my wife and I spent our tenancy documenting problems, chasing repairs, correcting management/system mistakes, and trying to get basic accountability. I’ve lived at Arabelle Lincoln Station (Bell Partners) since April 2024. While the apartments themselves are modern and attractive, the overall experience has declined significantly due to ongoing safety, security, sanitation, and management issues. The building callbox has been broken since January 9, 2026, making it difficult for visitors and delivery services (Amazon, DoorDash, UPS, etc.) to access the building, resulting in frequent delivery problems. I have lived in Haven 124 since April of 2025 & have made several requests to maintenance about the RAT INFESTATION in phase one building two. There’s trash and dog poop all over the property grounds, and the pool was unsafe to swim in all summer long. Not just because of broken glass, but also dirty/murky water! The management team does nothing because Bell Partners doesn’t bother holding them accountable! They never answer the phones in the office, and never return your calls.
Never live at a bell property. They don't care about residents.
