Wonderful property management Company. You feel like family not a number!
A lot of these reviews are bogus Bell Partners is a great property management company. If you've never worked in property management its easy to judge from the side lines, not knowing the ends and outs of a take over or the issue a new team deals with when arriving. A lot of these properties were run down long before Bells take overs and it takes time to correct previous companies mistakes, things cant get resolve in an instant no matter the amount of money. I’ve lived at Haven 124 for nearly 4 years, across 3 different units and under 3 different management companies — and Bell Partners has, by far, been the worst. We moved into our current unit on April 13, 2025. From day one, our in-unit dryer has been broken—unable to dry clothes, leaving us without a basic amenity that was promised in our lease. 0 Stars. Having endless issues after moving out of an apartment owned by Bell Partners. They haven't given my security deposit, I am still billed for utilities and the utilities company won't allow it to be off my account until the complex contacts them, but they will not answer any emails or calls so I thought I would try their corporate office in the area. Well, their phone number is shut off so I can't even contact them.
Honestly, 1 star is too high. Bell Partners recently bought Cherrywood Village in Parker CO, and when I say, they have been the worse management company to have ever bought this building. I didnt think it was possible to be worse than highmark, but .. here we are. First issue, electric heaters being installed in the water heater closet .. this is not how you address issues with freezing pipes.
