This was the worst management company I have EVER leased from. I work ed in the industry for years. I am also a Realtor and have over 25 years experience in this field. When renewal time comes your rent could be 1100 and then they want you to pay like 4 or $5000 with your new rate. They will only negotiate 2 weeks before you need to move and drop the rate. A POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY. I lived at Falcon Lakes in Arlington for only 3 months because of how disgusting and unsaved it is. Property gate was broken when I first moved in and was still broken when I moved out, cars were getting vandalized or broken into, management getting replaced frequently, no response, my unit had roaches on balcony, carpet didn’t get replaced even when reported damages, stove and refrigerator kept malfunctioning and no repairs were made, pantry had mold, dog feces found in the balcony too, no securi... read more

Worst apartment complex I have ever lived it. Gym equipment has been broken for months and every time I ask about replacement, I get the comment “you’re not the only resident here” even tho they charge a 400 unit apartment complex $20 a month for their so called amenities. Not sure what the $8000 a month is going towards. Also parking garages are always broken never closed. Had my truck broken into multiple times and they still won’t fix the freaking gates. My husband has been trying to get his W2 from this company for weeks and no one has returned any of his calls or emails. Now we only have a couple more days to file and they still have not answered. They are impossible to get ahold of.

Complex is beautiful but the car break ins and broken gate monthly are just not worth it! My vehicle has been broken into multiple times and the office will do absolutely nothing to assist with the matter. The police do not come out and they will not accommodate in any way for inconvenience that it may cause you. Nor will they accommodate by letting you out of your lease.
