Been with them for 3+ years, relocated to from the "Cue at Galatyn Station due to cleanliness and security and other issues with a terrible staff and moved to AXIS 110! Worst mistake of my life I thought the staff at Cue was bad! OMG! Assistant manager and Manager are the worst. WARNING to potential renters: the apartment they manage Legacy North. These apartments have serious pest infestations, and management does nothing to address the problem. Tenants are left paying months of rent only to later discover roach issues throughout the units. On top of that, many apartments reek of heavy cigarette smoke. Management ignores complaints and takes advantage of tenants. For those without a voice—stay away from this place!

Living at Bell Knox District has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. To start, they completely mishandled our rent. We deleted one bank account from the resident portal and added a new one. Despite this, they still pulled rent from the deleted account — a serious failure on their part. We were told over the phone by Jesse, they confirmed the money was pulled from the correct account and we were good to go, however, this was untrue. 99% sure the number for the regional office is fake or something I have called almost every day for 2 weeks, no answer no voicemail set up. I guess it makes sense why my apartment manager is as bad as he is, regional office doesn’t seem better.

My experience at Axis at Wycliff: Let me be clear: this building has become a clear example of mismanagement, poor communication, and a consistent lack of respect for its residents.
