They do not seem to value their properties. At least not Bell Riverbend in Mountain Island. My children should feel safe and free to play during regular hours at home but the flirting sucks! Because if this the ride, smoking weed, home all the time neighbor bangs in retaliation to our every day life and noise. If there was an option for my small family to be on the first floor we would have but so are stuck now for another year.

I am a resident and I have been trying to contact corporate for an urgent matter. I have had zero luck getting in contact with anyone. As a resident, you should be able to contact a corporate office easily and achieve help.

Bell Partners: Corporate Bullying and Inaction Bell Partners has shown a complete disregard for residents. We followed every escalation path — including multiple emails directly to CEO Lily — and received no response whatsoever. We’ve tried repeatedly to resolve issues through every available channel, yet nothing has been addressed. Pay attention potential investors: For being a property "management," company, they sure aren't very good at management. They need some serious help developing their operational procedures and need better leadership at all levels. I was a resident of one of their properties three years ago.
