After literally exhausting all my resources, called 911 to my apartment today called my leasing office over 10 Times today before I could get through to someone to ask WHY DID THEY LET A RANDOM GUY NOT A GUY THAT I SEE AROUND EVERYDAY AND KNOW OK THATS maintenance. Do not move into a Bell Partners property. Our dishwasher broke, and we were hoping it would be replaced with a new one since it is a very old model and we've seen management tossing out old models and replacing them with new ones. It took 8 days of no communication and hand washing dishes for them to "fix" it. They did not fix it, they replaced it with the same old model, except stained and reeking of cigarettes. I was denied an apartment August 1, waiting ony refund from application, it is now September 25 and I am still waiting. I was told my refund was mailed on August 18 but still I have not received it, when I spoke with Accountant Virginia she advised to call The Bentley at Maitland to speak with manager so I did but of course Manager was RUDE and told me she could not stop payment on refund and reissue, she advised I just have to wait until the check was returned to sender. My wife and I were suddenly unemployed due to COVID-19 affecting our respective businesses. We had to leave the apartment complex we were living in and move elsewhere because we could no longer pay the rent. Bell Partners, the management company for The Gate Apartments in Champions Gate, Florida, owned by Blue Rock, has attached an $1,800+ penalty for our having to leave the complex, then, sent it to collections without mailing us a billing.
