Don’t lease with any apartment managed by Bell Partners. Terrible customer service
I moved into Bell Perimeter less than a month ago and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. What I expected to be a smooth transition into a new home has turned into a frustrating and unsettling ordeal. Upon the initial walkthrough of my unit at my scheduled move-in, I immediately started bringing the staff's attention to a STRONG cigarette smoke odor from the previous tenant. (Bell Terminus) You can find a much newer, better-maintained community for the same price. I’m a low-maintenance tenant but dealt with broken gates (my car was vandalized), dog waste everywhere, rude leasing staff, and a 2-month A/C outage during peak heat. I was promised a rent credit in October 2024 for the inconvenience—my lease ended in Feb 2025, and it’s now the end of May 2025 with still no credit. I am writing this review in hopes of helping someone else not have to experience the same level of frustration that I have experienced. Honestly, if this helps 1 person, it is worth it. I moved in back 2018 when it was Hanover and it was a really great place to live. Soon after it became Arabelle and there have been quite a few management companies since then.
