This review used to be a complain email but the manager of the apartment helps us solve the problem. This is a great place to live in with generous spaces. They have huge kitchen and a lot of storage space. Good for heavy kitchen users. The parking is free if you are back home before 8pm. Just remember if you move out, you need to give a 60 day notice.

This place is a Nice place to Stay Off the Grid on the Grid they have relatively no really bad huge appliance repair issues or infustructural problems although my apartment just did not have all the power going to all the outlets or as well not Enough lighting that was mounted in the sealing to see anything around this apartment that normally inside other units had more sealing lighting And so that you can use it like a Normal Person does anyway every place has some type of discrepencies in some way shape or form or another.

DO NOT LIVE AT THE COURAGEOUS COURT BUILDING. The new management team has been extremely unhelpful. We have had multiple issues involving parking, lease renewal reminders, and access to the tennis court, and they have consistently failed to provide accurate information or follow up on their promises. For example, the new management team told us that we did NOT have permission to use the tennis court, even though the previous manager had clearly told us that residents could use it. Please be aware that if you plan to move out at the end of your lease, you are required to give 60 days’ notice. If you don’t, you may be charged an additional month’s rent. And if you’re expecting them to at least remind you about this requirement before the 60-day deadline—don’t. They won’t. They simply stay silent and wait until you miss the deadline, leaving you to fall into the trap and pay the extra money. It’s extremely frustrating and feels very intentional.
