Room was very dusty behind bed and bedside tables,,, Bathroom was unacceptable, mold on the top of the shower as was the extractor fan - absolutely filthy, basics were missing - NO towel rails nor toilet roll holder (both were broken off!). The wall had a hole in it previously - simply had plaster slapped on, no finishing! towels supplied, but no face-wash cloths provided. It’s great for a cheap accomodation option where you’re more interested in having a place to sleep versus what the view is going to be like. Shower pressure is exceptional - so that’s one of the big plus points! Rooms are equipped for what you need and the linen is clean. The whole place could do with a freshen up but again, a great little random place to stay.

When i required a place 2 stop, revive, & survive with a very reasonable price 2 rent out weekly Bell Motel was the place to go. Very friendly reception and an easy location to get to in Preston. I rented a single room which had a nice cosy bed, refrigerator, shower, microwave, all that i needed.

no security at all had my car broken into at the rear parking lot not safe at all , no sensor lights to ward off theives . the suburb is full of thieves . no boom gate to stop any thief entering the property no night guard . stay at your own risk
