Rather straightforward repair and Bell Lexus N. Scottsdale failed miserably on all the key deliverables: Timing: 4 days to complete 3 hrs work. Quality: blatent misdiagnosement on a number of items. Communication: go between service advisor functioned as added inefficiency. Price: you know what your in for at a dealership on this front...ridiculous.
Highly recommend TRACY FAHRENBRUCH as your service consultant. She is very knowledgeable, straight with you as to what is needed and fantastic with following up. Thank you for the past 3 years of 5 star service Tracy and team.
This dealership is overrated. While the service people who take the car in are very professional, there are really bad people in the back "fixing" the car. After my car mysteriously broke 3 months after the warranty expired, it cost us $6500. Just 1 day after bringing the car home from the service department, another issue arose and that cost $2000.
