My first time service for my car, I’m so glad I had Garo as my service advisor my experience was a 10/10 , got to drop off the car and got a loaner for a couple of hours.
Always have a great experience with Adam! He is always pleasant to be around and updates me in a timely manner when my car is getting worked on.
My buying experience at Bell Lexus was outstanding. However, my interaction with Tracy (service consultant) was a complete let down.
I can’t say enough good things about Garo in the service department. My tire blew on my IS 350 F-sport. I found myself unable to get a new one anywhere in a reasonable time. Garo came to the rescue. No appointment, just told me to drive right over and he would take care of it. He fed me chocolate to curb my tears, calmed me down with his kind demeanor, put me in a loaner car so my life wasn’t disrupted. When I picked up my car it felt as special as the day I bought it.
