My go-to place for oem parts on my 09 LS600h L. Handling is quick and professional - well packaged and authentic OEM parts. Shipping has also been fairly quick! Garo Ohanian did an excellent job on my vehicle today. Provided an excellent respectful and welcoming demeanor throughout the transaction. Whereas in the past I would leave with an unpleasant feeling, Garo flipped the script entirely. I even tacked on some work I wasn't planning on today as the price, service time, and customer service were very reasonable. The entire experience during this service was perfect.
Garo Ohanian greeted us with professionalism and knowledge of what needed to be done with our car. They gave us a loaner to use while ours was getting repaired. He called in a timely matter that it was all fixed. Service was wonderful, we will be taking all of our cars there next time.
