My wife tried to call Dr. Bell to make an appointment. No answer, left a voicemail. Waited a week. No response. I called on my wife's behalf to see if I had any better luck. Waited another week. Same result, no response. Wife called one more time, left another voicemail, same result again. I decided to drive to the office to see if this was even a legit practice.
