Doctors take oath when they become doctors but do the complete opposite when they become one. Dr shahid ruba is very careless and do not listen to patients attentively. she gave wrong medicine and this caused major problems in my health. she is more interested in getting rid of patients as soon as she can rather than listening to their health problems and giving the right medicine. as soon as i enter in her clinic she just wants to finish the task and get rid of me quickly. she does not even listen to what is the problem. sh... read more

i called on 4 different occasions , literally someone just picks up the phone and hangs up straight away, really rude service! i'm sick and tired of this BS, i do not recommend Bell House at all.. booked an online appointment for the GP to call and they no showed. And like other reviewers have said avoid Dr Duffy. She dismisses your issues
You need to teach your receptionist staff basic manners. Why are 90% of them so rude and miserable. Please kindly take the stick out your backside. The doctors are dismissive. I had a trainee doctor prescribe me and call me 4 hours later to ask if I had taken the medicine and if I haven’t not to take it as it causes miscarriages. Unbelievable!!!!!! Luckily I hadn’t picked it up from the pharmacy yet.
Happy with the service there. The stuffs were very helpful & polite.
