Impossible to make appointments, receptionist are not very helpful
Doctors take oath when they become doctors but do the complete opposite when they become one. Dr shahid ruba is very careless and do not listen to patients attentively. she gave wrong medicine and this caused major problems in my health. she is more interested in getting rid of patients as soon as she can rather than listening to their health problems and giving the right medicine. as soon as i enter in her clinic she just wants to finish the task and get rid of me quickly. she does not even listen to what is the problem. sh... read more

i called on 4 different occasions , literally someone just picks up the phone and hangs up straight away, really rude service! i'm sick and tired of this BS, i do not recommend Bell House at all.. booked an online appointment for the GP to call and they no showed. And like other reviewers have said avoid Dr Duffy. She dismisses your issues
