Chronic issue with a family member's HVAC. It was sporadic but happened frequently/daily. Bell couldn't get to the bottom of it. Then AC died completely and there was no coming back from that. System is still under warranty (about a year old). Bell chose not to return multiple phone calls over 2 days and left my folks high and dry with this issue. 4 days later they still never called back.
