Chronic issue with a family member's HVAC. It was sporadic but happened frequently/daily. Bell couldn't get to the bottom of it. Then AC died completely and there was no coming back from that. System is still under warranty (about a year old). Bell chose not to return multiple phone calls over 2 days and left my folks high and dry with this issue. 4 days later they still never called back. We called them to come because we had no hot water. They came on Saturday and told me I needed a part. They said they would contact me the next week. Nobody reached out to my landlord so I followed up. I spoke to Nicole. She said they would come Monday and never showed up. Called and spoke to Nicole against who said she doesn’t remember talking to me, after I explained she remembered. Then she said they will be out tomorrow from 3-5 and they never showed up again. These people are Unreliable and don’t cal if they can’t come.... read more
