Excellent experience! I worked with Payton and she genuinely cares about her respective clients. Fierce, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to make sure the client is represented well. What impressed me, most, is her ability to dissect documentation with such precision and connect all the pieces. I highly recommend this law firm!
I've worked with Peter Linder before on land purchase and he was professional and kind and super helpful. Today when I called the receptionist to schedule a date to review a contract to sell a property she was redundant, rude and snarky. Wednesday's mornings can be tough all around but I'd avoid this firm until they can get more professional service in their administrative positions.
Peter Linder has been so competent for our real estate issues. He makes himself available when you need him. I have personally been in the real estate industry for many many years. It’s so refreshing to have someone of his caliber in Fort Collins.
