Very slow everytime I go. The food is disgusting and dirty restrooms. The dining area needs help with cleanliness. Employees were rude. You have to like your job, be happy and make customers happy.
This is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever visited. A lot of the employees just talk and are not productive. I have gone to this TB for two years and nothing has changed. Once we waited at the drive through for 20 minutes with no service while employees were doing a "shift change" and just inside eating! Once people starting honking and going in to complain and raise you know what, they claimed their drive through wasnt working. This place defines SSLLOOWW!!!! Went in & had to wait 20min. for our food when it wasnt even really that busy. Not to metion that they had 3 people preparing food & all that they could say was "sorry for the wait" This was the 2nd time weve been in there & it was slow the 1st time also. It seemed like since they already had your money they dont care if they take their time getting your food to you. Very disappointed cause this is the only Taco Bell that Ive expiernced this kind of service.
i waited an hour for my lunch (dining in) and when i finally got it, it was gross and they had messed it up. the restaurant was a complete mess, and after sharing my experience with some friends, i came to find out that this is not uncommon for them. def steer clear of them during the lunch hour, and ive also been told that they run out of stuff a few hours before closing.
