I was looking for a place in Plano and came across Bell gateway, I was welcomed by a staff member, David. The transfer over went smooth and I am grateful for it

Gateway Crossing was bought over by Bell Gateway Village. I have been in these apartments for a year now. The new management is very poor in customer service. The maintenance scheduling and application are so poor in new management. I DON'T RECOMMEND this community with this new management. Don't be fooled by new exterior paint and friendly staff only until they sell you a lease. Then you will cry for help.
