There is a guy in the parts department who has a blown-out shoulder and top-notch dark hair. He not only helped me identify the problem with my forklift but was also kind enough to take me to a service tech to demonstrate how to fix it. You don't get that help and honesty from every dealer, and it was extremely helpful to me, a small shop owner. Also, Tony in sales has been great to work with when buying a new Toyota forklift. Great guy; picks up the phone and goes the extra mile for his customers.
