Advisor Mason went beyond expectation when my 2019 Flex needed end of warranty service and normal oil change service. New Advisor, Lyle, again was super helpful during my recent oil change and new drive belt replacement. In n out in 2 hours and got me back to doing the deal in life in a timely manner. I only trust Ford Service to touch my Flex and provide service. Flex Gang!

In short, Bell Ford’s service department has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership. It’s that simple, but if you want more details about my experience, read on. I made an appointment for warranty work. After dropping off my vehicle, a technician did not look at it for 10 days, then it took another few days to order parts. My service advisor Cheyne was great to work with. He was very communicative while my vehicle was in service, and handled coordination of all warranties that I had in place on the vehicle. Would definitely recommend using Shane for service
I had a great experience here. Albert Martinez took good care of some sensor issues I had with my Ford Fusion. He was always communicative and had a very positive attitude throughout the whole process. He made sure that I was updated along the way and gave me a very accurate time table. My car is working great. Thank you!
