Alex and Guy were very good and efficient helping me with my Ford Explorer. Diagnosed my car in 10 min, told me everything was good (after a scammy mechanic shop) and also offered to replace my windshield with their own in-shop service using my insurance provider.
Dulce was great, super friendly & helpful. Answered all my questions.
I had quite a few issues with the service department when I brought my truck in. That being said, Brian Paravicini handled all of my concerns efficiently and with extreme care. If it wasn’t from him, Alex Lorenzo and Johnny I wouldn’t be writing a 5 star review for this place. They righted every wrong and got and my truck is running like I just bought it off the lot brand new today
Brought my Ford Bronco that I bought used to Bell Ford Service Dept for a recall notice and oil change, I was told that I also needed a coolant flush. Paid $440 for both. Later googled how often and how much should a coolant flush should cost and found out I was charged over $100 more than I should have and that the flush was not recommended for another 70K miles. I was lied to and ripped off. Never going back to Bell Ford!
