Brian in the service department has poor communication skills. Sure text me or call me he said for updates on my car. Then never reply until right before they closed and had my car for days to fix a broken door. I had to zip tie my car door closed to get my car to the store. They cut the zip toes and left them on my floor board. God forbid they put them in the trash.

I could not be more disappointed in the honesty and integrity of this Ford dealer. Avoid! I brought my company van into the service department to diagnose an engine that seemed to be misfiring and running rough. They accurately identified that a rodent had chewed into some wiring harnesses for the engine while in storage. They said that three of the injector pigtails were damaged making it "virtually impossible to repair". Today, I had an excellent experience with my service advisor, Travis F., who played a pivotal role in assisting me with my vehicle repair. His kindness and thoughtfulness were evident throughout our interaction, making the process more manageable. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about cars, but he also took the time to explain each repair step in a way that put my mind at ease. Update 07/14: the folks at Gallagher Ford in Elko NV, where my dad is now stranded, have determined that the Bell Ford Service technicians failed to fill the new rear differential with differential fluid which led to failure just 2 days after pickup. So now my dad is stuck in Elko waiting for parts and labor again. This is what nearly 7K gets you at Bell Ford. Update 07/13. Had an appointment for 7:30 am for engine light they did not look at the vehicle until the next day than I had to call to find out what was going on they said they had to order a part for the P0456 small evap leak they want to keep the vehicle for several days.I said no call me the part comes in about a week later they call we have the fuel inlet tube.I brought the vehicle in and again they let the vehicle sit there for day and a half before they install the new part.Now the engine light came back on with the same code P0456... read more
