Let me start by saying that any reviews of concern by the 'owner' are complete BS. This service department is terrible, horrible, AWFUL. One cannot pin that on the service advisors alone, as it is clearly the ownership here that lacks integrity and true concern when it comes to customer service. Only Earnhardt is worse. Bell Ford Service has become a perfect example of why so many people distrust auto repair shops. After spending over $1,000 on repairs that didn't fix the problem, being presented with additional unverified repair recommendations, and ultimately learning from a second shop that those repairs would not have helped, I left feeling like my time, money, and trust simply didn't matter. Proceed with caution, and get a second opinion before authorizing major work.

I bought a 2018 Ford Focus from the used lot last year with a over $1900 warranty that was supposed to cover tires and wheels, key replacements, and PDR for a period of 5 years. I got a flat and called the service department to get it sorted, I was transferred to an advisor name Mike, I called Mike for three days for status on the warranty before I finally broke down and bought a new tire at discount tire, it’s been well over a week now and I haven’t even got a message from the service department.
