Please stay away from the dealer service! I took my car there to check it and the person who was working like supervisor told me my car has an engine problem. He send me the link to pay trough sunbit.. I paid $1700 and they used the warranty but they didn't fix my car Warranty sent me a copy with my daughter signature and my daughter didn't sign that... This dealership are doing same work like the scammed.. we'll my car was 4 months with them and didn't fix my car.. I borrowed a car for them but a drunk driver hit my husband... read more

I brought my vehicle to Bell Ford for an oil change. While the staff was courteous, the service took about two hours, which seemed excessive for a routine oil change. The cost was also very high—just over $200. To make matters worse, they didn't even check or adjust my tire pressure as part of the service. After I even asked for them to check my tire pressure in all the tires. Overall, I expected better value and more attention to the basics for the price I paid.

Let me start by saying that any reviews of concern by the 'owner' are complete BS. This service department is terrible, horrible, AWFUL. One cannot pin that on the service advisors alone, as it is clearly the ownership here that lacks integrity and true concern when it comes to customer service. Only Earnhardt is worse. If you bring your vehicle here, expect them to have it for longer than needed, perhaps days longer; expect the work to be incorrect, or incomplete, or not done at all; expect to overpay for something that you... read more
