Turned to Bell Ford Fleet mid summer to work on our fleet and could not be happier. We have tried some other local fleet services over the last two years and they cannot hold a candle to Bell Ford. Cody and the crew there are top tier, They pick up our vehicles and get them in and out. They leave their charging stations unblocked unlock other dealerships. They are also the only working fast charging station I could find between Madison and Tomah.
Bell Fords mobile service just completed a recall in our driveway. This is a great service. Janice Romine was wonderful to work with.
I manage a mobile education trailer program for Women In Trucking Association. I am in Ohio and the trailer was at an event in Wisconsin, and was having issues with the generator. I found Bell Ford on a search that offered mobile repair service for generators like ours. I spoke with Janice late morning on a Friday and she was able to have a technician onsite within a couple hours. Janice was awesome and made sure to keep me updated throughout the process. Would highly recommend. Great customer service.
