I manage a mobile education trailer program for Women In Trucking Association. I am in Ohio and the trailer was at an event in Wisconsin, and was having issues with the generator. I found Bell Ford on a search that offered mobile repair service for generators like ours. I spoke with Janice late morning on a Friday and she was able to have a technician onsite within a couple hours. Janice was awesome and made sure to keep me updated throughout the process.
