Jason’s short term rental class was by far the best class I have ever taken. Jason is a great instructor - humorous, engaging, and very knowledgeable. The class is well written and fully prepares you with the information and guidance to start appraising short term rental properties. I feel much more confident in working on these types of reports, and talking with clients and property owners about these types of properties. Looking forward to a possible follow up/part 2 class, and would love a mid-term rental component!
