I worked for Bell Equipment Company for a short time myself. Personally it is one of the best companies I think a person could work for. It is truly a family run business. Never have I seen Mr. bell raise his voice or berate an employee. He and his son work harder and put in more hours than should be legal!! I made some costly mistakes while there, and instead of getting mad, Mr. Bell would get in the floor with me and show me how not to make the mistake again. I learned a lot from him.
