My son decided he wanted to attend prom the Thursday before prom. On Friday morning I stopped in at Bell Cleaners to see if there was anyway they could help me get a tuxedo in that short amount of time. Jeremy and the other employees went above and beyond to make sure that my son was appropriately dressed for the event. The tuxedo was fitted and altered the same day. The customer service at this business is unsurpassed. I was very impressed and will definitely be a repeat customer, hopefully with more notice in the future.
I took my daughters prom dress to have it dry cleaned on a Tuesday, the dress was ready for pick up on the date quoted. The price was very reasonable, and the dress looked beautiful . The services was nice as well.
I took my dress to Bell Cleaners on Williams drive and it was returned to me with my name written on the tag of the dress in a black permanent marker! This dress wasn't even mine to begin with! I called the cleaners 5 times in a 7 day period and never had a return phone call. When I finally got the owner, Jeremy, on the phone, he laughed at me and hung up on my several times, even when I was in middle of explaining myself! What a horrible way to treat your clients!
