I am from Wisconsin. I came here to ice fish with my husband and some friends. I ended up with a UTI and had to go to the ER. I was given a prescription and took it here. Everyone was so nice and they made sure that my prescription was filled right away so I could get going back to the cabin. Thank you all so much!
I'm frustrated with Thrifty White Pharmacy again. I called in for a refill on January 15. They called me back and send they needed to talk with my doctor to get an okay to refill. I still don't have my order today, January 27. So, I called to see if it had been sent. It had not but they had the order dated October 2025, which my doctor wrote during my physical at that time. They had no reason not to send it as soon as I ordered it the first time. Certainly the computer showed the updated prescription. Carrol Dahl
Every single time one of our prescriptions gets sent to thrifty it is never filled. Even when they have plenty of people behind the counter. It shouldn't take an extra half an hour to 45 minutes when its already been hours since it was sent over. Having to leave work multiple times or come all the way back to town becuase its never ready
