What’s the point of a phone number if no one answers the phone. This is a municipal establishment, people need to be able to contact you. Also no one has any idea what is going on. I recommend better training for your team so that we can bring everything they need at once instead of comically running back and forth. I have half a mind to believe they own stock in big oil.

first time i brought in the form which Belton CAD sent me, they said “the form is fine but you need marriage license & signature.” i told her, it’s signed. she said, “yes, it is.” so then i got the marriage license; 2 weeks later, on next trip they suddenly said, that’s the wrong form & she has to come back in & present her ID. then the next visit, “you have to have a different form for each year.” my son-in-law came into town from a business trip overseas; he had to sign the second form but they said he didn’t have to come ... read more
