first time i brought in the form which Belton CAD sent me, they said “the form is fine but you need marriage license & signature.” i told her, it’s signed. she said, “yes, it is.” so then i got the marriage license; 2 weeks later, on next trip they suddenly said, that’s the wrong form & she has to come back in & present her ID. then the next visit, “you have to have a different form for each year.” my son-in-law came into town from a business trip overseas; he had to sign the second form but they said he didn’t have to come ... read more

My husband has been here multiple times to try and register a utility trailer. Every single time he sees a new person and every single time they each tell him he needs something else. He goes and does/gets what is needed to only come back to me told something more is needed.. how frustrating.. shouldn't all the workers be trained the same and all know what is required... apparently this isn't the case
