Didn't even clean the car
The Subaru service and sales manager behaviour was unprofessional when they lied about the fact that they broke the windscreen during the service. "Magically" the crack appeared immediately after the car had left the service in the place where the plastic parts are attached to it. If I could I would give zero stars. Go somewhere else for your Subaru service!
Great service and updates from the service department especially Jess who kept me updated as this was a long process and repair . Car was washed and cleaned ready for collection 🏎️💨
Very polite and efficient, didn't even have time to drink my hot chocolate. Back for a 12 month service, all booked, and a courtesy car, can't be bad, I was surprised it was a McLaren.
