Scheduled for 12:30. Arrived and 12:30. They messed up/ changed my appointment and never contacted me. Unreliable and poorly managed.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this shop was frustrating enough that I feel other customers should know. I brought my car in for looking to get an estimate . Not only did the shop fail to perform the work I was charged for, but I later discovered a charge on my bill for a service that was never completed.
