This place sucks! Their Google page says they're open and I can't even get hold of them on the phone! I went up there and the sign says closed due to inclement weather but the sun is shining and their parking lot is totally clear.
It said that they're open, I got there and the sign on the door said closed due to inclement weather. If they can put a sign on the door why can't they post it on Google?
The clinical office staff was abhorrently rude. I was called from the lobby along with two additional patients. We were all 3 weighed as a group. Instead of being offered the privacy and dignity of individual human with what I understood as basic rights as a patient, I was told by the nurse who did this, that my privacy was not infringed on, that no one else saw my weight or file, and she had been doing her job for 20 plus years and knew the law. That was my first and last visit.
I took my dad to have blood work done. We were the first ones there. Rena did the bloodwork and was late coming in to work. She took someone else before my dad. The appointment was at 8:00 am and she took him back at 8:40 am. She has never did this before. I see that my dad wasn’t the only one that Rena did this to.
