Dropped off 15 pair of pants on Monday and told the lady I wanted them to stand up on their own. She said that would not be a problem. Picked up pants this morning and after $90 they are no stiffer than the day I bought them. Will not use nor recommend this dry cleaners to anyone.
Very poor job on my uniforms. I’ve given multiple chances and each time they look terrible.
Not the first and will be the last. Specifically requested heavy startch on two pair of jeans that were dropped off this morning at the Kemp location. Picked up to jeans been LIGHT STARTCHED!
They will not contact you when the garment is ready or dry clean properly. Extremely disappointed in their service and will look else where for all my dry cleaning needs.
Took one dress, to be cleaned and after 30$ still stained just as much as before. I will never bring business here nor recommend it to any one. A sorry tag was on the garment and it was not worth 30$ to look exactly the same as when dropped off.
