In August 2021, Vlad - Bell City Mechanical installed a new HVAC system in our home. On Monday, September 18, 2023, we called the telephone number for the company for the purpose of requesting a service call as the thermostat had failed and was told that the number was no longer in service. Needed a replacement central air unit. Fantastic customer service. Vlad and his team were efficient, professional and very helpful. Answered all my questions. Arrived on time as scheduled and the AC works great. Vlad even walked me through how to register my warranty. Strongly recommend BCM.
I called and emailed over a month ago and still haven't received a response. Brant Mechanical (Vive) has fixed the problem in the meantime and has gained my trust.
