I had a fantastic experience with Bell City Carpet One Floor & Home from start to finish! Rob & Val were incredibly helpful in the showroom. I spoke to Val on more than one occasion, and she was extremely knowledgeable, supportive and accommodating. The carpet I chose was excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. The installation of the carpet went extremely well, and the seams are almost invisible. I highly recommend Bell City Carpet One for a stress-free and professional experience!
The Mohawk vinyl plank flooring is garbage. Immediately depreciated the value of our home. 1) Due to the texture, it is extremely labour intensive - it's a twice or three-times a week cleaning project. 2) due to the pattern it always looks dirty. 3) It sounds like cardboard to walk on. 4) Do not expect satisfaction or support from Bell City 5) It's American made, and Mohawk don't care about anything but your money - no need to say another word. From start to finish, Bell City Carpet One in Brantford has been a dream to deal with. Val is extremely knowledgeable and is there every step of the way. She is very down-to-earth and extremely friendly with a calming voice during all the stresses that renovations can bring. Rob was very nice to deal with and our installer, Grant, was top notch with many years of expertise. Bell City provided us with an excellent level of service from start to finish with our "move-in" project of new carpets / flooring for the upper level of our condo. From Val in the store patiently offering us suggestions and opinions on styles and colours to Chris with his on-time installation and expertise, we could not have been happier. Chris even went above and beyond with the adjustments needed to our bedroom and closet doors. A job well done!!
Rob and his team were amazing They covered all the little details I wouldn't have thought to ask about. We will definitely be recommending them.
