I have always gone to Dr.Bell 1-2 times a year for the past 15 plus years for my right hip issues that ortho wanted to do surgery on. Just 1-2 quick yearly appointments a year prevented surgery and has given me a pain free life. Dr Trent Bell is great, he takes the time to listen to whatever it is that you have going on and comes up with a plan specific to your issue. He is mindful of what could help the situation vs what adjustments could potentially make it worse. I would highly recommend.
