Overall good service, the technicians are always helpful and very knowledgeable. My only criticism is that I wish they wouldn't try to upsell every little thing for each checkup. I pay for the monthly service calls for general upkeep which is nice to have. But no Bob, I don't want to replace my entire electrical panel for $10K+ if its working fine, lol. Still would recommend.
Antonio was very professional and I appreciated his ability to answer all my questions clearly.
Bell Brothers does great work and the guys are very friendly. They show up on time and do good work. No hard sell on stuff, but they do have suggestions axed on what they see. Frank and Angel were excellent and replaced all of our angle valves in 3-hours. My only complaint with Bell Brothers is that like Bonney, I can’t afford them. Everything is SO expensive!!
