I drove all the way from the Island for an appointment this morning. Just to be told when I arrived that I would have to pay $75 to cover the appointment, this was never mentioned once before. I'm not impressed. I wasted time and gas to get here, just to be sent away..

WOW!!!! Go anywhere but this place!!! First of all unprofessional, secondly rude. I called this clinic and asked them to confirm if they can do the prescription I require BEFORE coming in so that I don't waste my time. It's a special concussion prescription. They call me back and say yes they do this type of lens. SO, i drive 45 minutes (each way) waste my gas and over 2 hours there picking glasses etc. So half a day essentially for nothing. While staff are friendly, wait time is horrible for glasses. Was told 2 weeks. Been waiting 3 now. Should have gone to same day service for glasses elsewhere. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!
