WOW!!!! Go anywhere but this place!!! First of all unprofessional, secondly rude. I called this clinic and asked them to confirm if they can do the prescription I require BEFORE coming in so that I don't waste my time. It's a special concussion prescription. They call me back and say yes they do this type of lens. SO, i drive 45 minutes (each way) waste my gas and over 2 hours there picking glasses etc. So half a day essentially for nothing. While staff are friendly, wait time is horrible for glasses. Was told 2 weeks. Been waiting 3 now. Should have gone to same day service for glasses elsewhere. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!

I've gone to Bell and Booth both in Espanola (where I purchased my glasses) and Sudbury. I have red spots on my nose from my glasses. I've been to both offices and asked to get my glasses adjusted. The staff have done nothing to fix the problem. Time to find a new optometrist, I'm fed up with the staff.
