I bought a Groupon to get a Brazilian wax from this place. Their high rating reviews on Groupon is what made it a trustworthy purchase. However, when I called to make the waxing appointment, the lady told me she was sick and wasn't able to schedule me an appointment. Which is understandable. When my friend called right after to make the same appointment without telling her that she has a Groupon voucher, this lady didn't hesitate to make an appointment and cater to her needs. at first i was a bit skeptical, but mia is super sweet and trustworthy! she gets the job done for just half the price that european wax center charges. she communicates mainly through text and responds very fast! also she takes zelle (maybe venmo? but i know she uses zelle for sure) for anyone wondering!
They moved to a new place, but Mia is amazing. She is attentive to detail, professional, and very courteous. I’ve been going to her for about a full year now and I plan to know her for as long as possible 😊
