I’ve worked with Jay for more than 20 years, and now with Delaney more than 5. They are knowledgeable, trust worthy people who always look out for their clients best interests. They’ve done at least 5 new mortgages and refi loans for me and I expect more to come. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
There every step of the way. Extremely prompt responses. When a better mortgage rate was offered to me, Jay negotiated with the bank and reduced my closing costs by 10k. To have broke even on what that reduction had i gone with the other offer, it would have taken me 12 years.
