This is the my 5th time working with Pete Ryskamp (Bell Bank Mortgage) to finance a property purchase. I am a repeat client because he and his team provides stellar customer service. He responds quickly to communication and answers questions clearly. He is a pleasure to work with. I recommend him highly and without hesitation.
From start to finish, Pete and his team (Scott and Lindsay) were a pleasure to work with. We were greeted and treated with the upmost respect throughout our house hunting and loan process. They were extremely responsive to my emails, which was my preferred method of communication, and kept me ahead of the curve on all required documents. I’d definitely work with Pete again in the future and highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a loan officer.
Pete was a great help with telling me on how my husband and I could better our credit and loan options for a house. We found a house in a year thanks to them!
