Conroy helped us with a new build loan. He answered quickly at all times of the day. He never once left us with any uncertainty. Highly recommend!
We put in an offer on Easter Sunday and Pat walked us through everything we needed to do to show that we qualified for a mortgage. Everything was straight forward getting the documents uploaded and signing was all done virtually until the final closing. Pat was there throughout the process to answer any questions. Highly recommend Patrick. He was very helpful for me. I’m a first time home buyer and it can be a stressful process but Patrick and his team really made it as stress free as possible. They walked me thru the whole processes and answered any and all of my questions. You can get a hold of them whenever you need and they were always quick to respond to my texts or emails.
