This is the 4th or 5th home Matt has financed for our family. Each one is a big deal to us but this transaction was complex and we had timing issues with moving out that resulted in not having a home in a period of time. In those stressful instances an experienced lender is indispensable. Anybody can write a loan and get underwriting to review it.. however it takes significant thought and planning to ensure the back and forth with underwriting doesn’t cause unnecessary delays. Matt worked with us in every way possible, even when we had to reschedule our signing twice. He was there to explain and answer every question know matter how petty. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a mortgage banker.
