Mismanaged business and completely incompetent staff. I've never heard so many excuses and delays in my life. They even damaged my car MORE while it was there, and weren't going to tell me until my wife stopped by and demanded pictures of their progress. Peyton (owner) finally called me after TWO MONTHS and said the after-market parts didn't fit, so it would be several more weeks. Came in for a front end repair. Wound up having to do a claim with State Farm’s, which Bell Auto handled FOR ME!! These guys have made the entire experience seem like such a breeze especially with getting my State Fark Claim resolved!! Thank you Bell Auto!!
