If you are looking for repair on a Mutoh printer, I would not use this company. All they care about is collecting up front a $1500 fee to send an unqualified technician out. They will leave you hanging, will not offer a fair solution and in my case, cause additional damage to your machine. Highly unprofessional and deceptive company with even worse customer service.
I purchased 5 Bell & Howell Bionic Lights. Four work properly, but after a few months the fifth light is defective. The customer service does not want to honor their 10 year warranty. Their customer service manager said “we’re busy” and to wait on the automated reply. I tried explaining the bot emails are not helpful,. They didn’t seem to care. They DID NOT honor their warranty and their customer service was not helpful and didn’t want to be bothered. So much for trying to patronize USA products 😞.
