I purchased 5 Bell & Howell Bionic Lights. Four work properly, but after a few months the fifth light is defective. The customer service does not want to honor their 10 year warranty. Their customer service manager said “we’re busy” and to wait on the automated reply. I tried explaining the bot emails are not helpful,. They didn’t seem to care. They DID NOT honor their warranty and their customer service was not helpful and didn’t want to be bothered. So much for trying to patronize USA products 😞.
