Long story short, I’m from Pennsylvania and was in Myrtle Beach for vacation. I had my check engine light come on for an emissions issue the day before I was supposed to head back to PA. To top it off, I was supposed to pull my fifth wheel camper home with me. Hard to do without my truck. I can’t speak highly enough about Nicole in their service department. Brought my new 2025 yukon in the wireless apple carplay was not working, sat there for 3 hours , said problem was at gm and sent me on my way, very short with me no receipt nothing, I didnt buy the truck there I guess they dont want to help you which is bullshit gmc is gmc, never going back terrible experience
