Brought my van in, because the battery was dying when it sat for 2 or more days. Although I had just bought a new battery , they advised I buy a better one. So I did that. Battery still dying after sitting 2 days. I bring it back in. Ask to have a draw test done, quoted $99 diagnostic fee. Go to pick it up, they did nothing. Recommended I replace the body control module( without doing a draw test, it just sat there all day). I made an appointment to have the body control module replaced (their recommendation). Long story short, I’m from Pennsylvania and was in Myrtle Beach for vacation. I had my check engine light come on for an emissions issue the day before I was supposed to head back to PA. To top it off, I was supposed to pull my fifth wheel camper home with me. Hard to do without my truck. I can’t speak highly enough about Nicole in their service department.
