They break the law by not providing title within 30 days, then after you tell them youre filing a complaint with the Colorado Dept. of Revenue Auto Dealer division they magically get the title in less than 24 hours. Too bad its been well past 30 days; the complaint has been filed. Today my service advisor was Alex. Alex was incredibly kind, personable and knowledgeable. He got me into a loaner without a lot of wasted time and had me back on my way to work quickly. This has not been my experience in the past. Alex provided a status update call and also rode with me in the vehicle to make sure I was 110% satisfied with the repair. He was wonderful to work with
