I am blown away with how unprofessional the EMTs were! First, I had called Bell to have my husband transported from our home to Waukesha memorial. He was unable to stand and wasn't able to make it to the car. The unit took over 20 minutes to get to our residence. Once they were here, they refused to bring the Gurnee inside (we are on a single level) and told my husband he either needs to try and stand or needs to crawl outside. "Today, I had an unexpectedly negative encounter with a Bell Ambulance driver that left me questioning their professionalism and customer service. After a routine visit to the car wash adjacent to Bell Ambulance's parking area, I momentarily pulled into their lot to adjust a mirror dislodged during the wash. Bell transported my husband from Waukesha Memorial to Froedtert. He was sedated, and on a ventilator. I cannot say enough positive things about the men who came to transport him. They were very skilled and efficient. I was very worried, but when I saw my husband at Froedtert I knew everything went well. He has since recovered and is doing well
