"Today, I had an unexpectedly negative encounter with a Bell Ambulance driver that left me questioning their professionalism and customer service. After a routine visit to the car wash adjacent to Bell Ambulance's parking area, I momentarily pulled into their lot to adjust a mirror dislodged during the wash. Bell transported my husband from Waukesha Memorial to Froedtert. He was sedated, and on a ventilator. I cannot say enough positive things about the men who came to transport him. They were very skilled and efficient. I was very worried, but when I saw my husband at Froedtert I knew everything went well. He has since recovered and is doing well
