I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Bell Airconditioning & Electrical Mackay, after they handled a quote request for a single PowerPoint installation. Initially, I wasn't keen on proceeding because they charge $100 just to come out for a quote, which seemed a bit steep to me. But I went ahead and booked it, knowing the fee would be deducted from the quote if I decided to go with them. They said they'd arrive between 12pm-3pm on the appointed day, but no one showed up.
