I renewed our plan with 4 lines to bell stonebridge . KIRAN was very helpful and accommodating . She helps us throughout and giving her best to give us best customer service . She’s very kind as well.
My wife and I have been with Bell for years. We just recently discovered that their lack of customer service is why we will be switching providers ASAP. After talking to numerous " customer representatives" over a span of several weeks, I have been left more frustrated than when I started. As far as I can tell they care nothing about their loyal customers issues, and only want to charge more money however they can get away with it. Seems good at first, but buyer beware.
