Bobby and his apprentice were fantastic! I called Fri afternoon & they came out Mon morning. They showed up early and did a lot more than expected. Bobby explained everything and made sure I was good before making the repairs. I had a leaking faucet valve and a surprise hot water valve that needed replaced. They also replaced two other supply line valve knobs and a garbage disposal, plumbed the kitchen sink and two bathroom sinks. Way more than the original ask! Belks is one of those companies who have integrity, actually care, and try to help as much as they possibly can. I've had them come out to my tenant occupied rental property to work on a commode clog. This same issue happened again (not due to house plumbing) but were unable to come out right away. They talked on the phone with me at length for what the problem could be, (they remembered earlier calls and knew history of what was going on) and then actually recommended another company who could come out same day. This has been by far with Contractor. Not only are they extremely honest, but they provide high-quality service very responsive. I would hire them.
