The woman who answers the phone has an absolutely rotten attitude, and is a joke of a receptionist. While I called to ask a simple yes or no question of if a technician would be able to come out to look at my swamp cooler to then give a estimate of how much it would be for repairs, she instead decides to not listen to my question, give an attitude and repeat her “designated phrase” of “it’s $95 dollars an hour not including supplies”.
