Would give -10 if I could. Patient at practice for almost 10 years. Tried to get an appt, but because Dr Obrien was always too busy to see me, I can’t get an appointment now because he’s not accepting new patients. Really? Having cataract surgery at the end of November and need a physical for that. So now I need a new primary care physician. Can’t get records transferred to a new place for a month either! This NOT ok. Could our system be more broken!
