Belknap Electric should stop focusing on new vans and focus a lot more on customer service. Belknap Electric did a solar install on our new house in Bath, NH and was paid promptly and in full - and then when we had some problems with their install, the owner ghosted us. Numerous texts, voicemails and emails and he just never responded. Lots of arrogance because business is good - but people take notice of horrible customer service - and this is the worst.
